How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 5 - 1 0  business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's progress. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. For all the details, please refer to our Return Policy page.

What if my chandelier arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will guide you through the process of a replacement or refund.

What kind of light bulbs do your chandeliers use?

Our chandeliers are compatible with standard bulbs as specified in the product description. The exact bulb type (e.g., E12 candelabra base, E26 medium base) will be listed on the product page. For energy efficiency and longevity, we recommend using LED bulbs.

How do I choose the right size chandelier?

As a general rule, the diameter of your chandelier in inches should be roughly the sum of the length and width of the room in feet. For example, for a 12' x 15' room, a 27" diameter chandelier would be a great fit. For more specific guidance, we recommend consulting a lighting professional.

How do I clean and maintain my chandelier?

Do you offer installation services?

No, we do not offer installation services. For your safety and to ensure a proper installation, we highly recommend hiring a licensed and insured electrician to install your chandelier.
